A college friend used to make a dish for me that consisted of cornmeal, sardines,onions tomato sauce, hot peppers and other spices.
I cannot remember the name or the complete recipe...
it sounded something like Ma-ee Moulous??? Please excuse my lack of knowledge.
Anyway, I would like to make it again.
