I am excited about the idea of having my own corner on this message board and I am thankful to Fouye.com for giving me this forum.
I really enjoy this interactive format where I hope to see all of us exchange fresh ideas that can make cooking those special dishes more enjoyable and particularly fun.
I am an advocate of first learning to cook what you like.
I like Haitian cuisine and I am always on the lookout for new and improved recipes from all corners and all sources.
So far, I found that we have poor represention on the Net in this domain.
I do not believe in secrecy in matters of Haitian recipes.
Most Haitian tilted sites have no "Real" kitchen corner besides Haitiwebs.com and Fouye.com. If you know of any other sites that have such sections, please do post their URLs for all of us to know.
Now let us get down to the business at hand!
