I am an African-Americian woman who is dating a Haitian born-Americian Immigrant man. I am learning many dishes of Haitian cuisine.
I love the food, it is full of flavor and delicious.
I want to perfect my sauce to go along with my meat, preferable chicken.
I visited a haitian couple who fixed a lovely dinner of turkey, rice & bean, salad, plaintains.
She served the meat with a sauce that made the meat and rice even better! Please assist me in learning how to make the sauce, it had onion, hot pepper, and a tomato base.
