1 medium fish ( snapper or king fish or whateverfish you like
1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
thyme parsley, fresh garlic,
1 hot pepper
sweet pepper,onion

Clean the fish inside and with lemmon
place it in a shallow pan
season with salt pepper crush garlic with parsley
mix all spices together with lime or lemmon juice
pour over fish, let fish marinate for about one hr

Cooking: in a frying pan pour half a cup of oil
let the oil get hot, (but not too hot)
pour the marinade and fish in the pan lower fire and let it seamer for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is really tender.

Add spice like hot pepper,garlic,salt etc. Very good went eaten with banann,yam, sweet potatoes or cassave.
