couliflour???? you mean cabage right? there is no couliflour in pikliz.
couliflour looks just like brocoly except its white instead of the green.

Well, You can make some to by buying the shredded cabage and shredded carrot
and a chicken maggi and scothbonnetpepper, lime juice, sour orange juices which you can find all that at walmart supermarket.Hope that help you out.

I ate this all the time in Haiti (usually with pate, do you have a recipe for that too??), but I don't think it was ever made ahead of time.
I haven't tried it yet but I can't wait to!
