I have never tried Haitian food but can't wait to. I figured it has to be good since Haitians only rarely even have any food so when they do get it they make the most of it.

Thank You.I'M haitian I love FRITAY but since I came to the USA I can't find a good one until I was surfing on BELFET I saw your recipe.Tel you the truth I'm a CHEF I made griot all the time for people always like it until last summer after I tried your recipe now they LOVE it.Thank you very much

I just want to say that I did try this recipe over the weekend and it was delicious.
It was nice and tende, Just the way I love it. I also made the picklis, banan peze, and diri au saus pwa...
:-) Delicious.
I am from south Florida where I can get hatian food anytime, but I now live in jacksonville and there is nowhere to get hatian cuisine.
I just want to thank you for poting this recipe.
You made it possible for me to have a griot complete!
