I've got some salted cod(merou)in my freezer and I'm thinking about making chiquetaille.

Any favorite recipes?

I have never tried Haitian food but can't wait to. I figured it has to be good since Haitians only rarely even have any food so when they do get it they make the most of it.

I just want to say that I did try this recipe over the weekend and it was delicious.

It was nice and tende, Just the way I love it. I also made the picklis, banan peze, and diri au saus pwa...

:-) Delicious.

I am from south Florida where I can get hatian food anytime, but I now live in jacksonville and there is nowhere to get hatian cuisine.

I just want to thank you for poting this recipe.

You made it possible for me to have a griot complete!
