the recipe doe not include nuts and you should grin up the raisin,currant,prunes and mix peel in a food processor.You also need to use vanilla flavoring and also add rose water to the eggs and mixture before you infuse with the dry ingredients.

It sounds good.
Will try it out yet. But already its the best ive seen as i have been browsing looking for a good recipe for Jamaican fruit cake.
For me, its the curing in rum for at least 3 wks that makes it different, im already looking forward to this variance.

Tried it it was OK. Be care full with the brown sugar.
Do not over burn it could change the flavor.
Made 3 batches the 2nd 2 came out perfect
