2 tasses de riz
2 cuilleres Maitre d'Hotel d'hile
1 petite marmite de champignons (Mushroom)
1 tasse de pois de souche
1 morceau de lard gras
3 clous de girofle,ail,poireaux,thym, 1 piment vert, poivre, persil,sel ( aux gouts)
Nettoyez et faites bouillir les champinions (Mushroom) dans 3 1/2 tasses d'eau. Faites frire le lard gras, le pois, les epices finement pilees, ajoutez 3 tasses d'eau de Champinion, un piment vert, le persil et le poivre.
Verifiez l'assaisonnment avant de mettre le sel, ajoutez le riz, laisser evaporer l'eau, mettter quelques noix de beurre, puis faites cuire a l'touffee 25mn.
Former un ruban de riz a l'haitienne.
