Hi to Everyone!
My name is Francine and I will try to make this short.
My father is in a residence for Alzeimer patients and one of the patient Mrs. Josef from Haiti and most of the time she refuses to eat what she calls "what people's food"
Mrs. Josef keeps asking for meat and yams and I would love to cook something special for her The residence Doctor gave permission to cook something for her since she has no family in Canada.P.S she is also a diabetic and myself never cook authentic Haitian food.
