Request for Assistance,
Prior to the January Earthquake The Medianet Haiti Relief Fund in Trinidad was planning together with the Trinidad Hilton Hotel to hold a gala Haitian Food Festival as a fund raiser for Haiti.
We were in contact through the Trinidad and Tobago Representative in Haiti with a well knownd hotel owner who had agreed to come to Trinidad for the aoccasion accompanied by a genuine Haitian Chef.
Since the earthquake we have lost contact with the person.
We are now planning the event for Nov 13 and 14.
This is an appeal for any reader of this blog who could put us in touch with one or more persons who may add authenticity to the event being an expert on Haitian foods and who may be willing to come to Trinidad for the event.
Any assistance w0uld be appreciated.
