So i know nothing about haitian food...
im from the northwest...
but my boyfriend grew up in a hatian household on the east coast and i would love to bring his familys food over here for his 25th bday.
Can someone please give me some recipes of great dishes! He loves meat and coconut flavored stuff..if that helps lol
