Ingredients
Corn on the Cob
Anis seed
Cinnamon Stick
Malaget leave
Sugar to taste or Gro Sirop (Sirop batterie)
Preparation
Using corn on the Cob, grate it. (In Haiti, they remove all the corn from the cob and they pound in the wooden pounder).
Then you cover it with water.
Leave it to soak in water overnight.
Strain it the next morning.
Using the same water, boil it until it becomes thick.
