I'm researching Haiti for a school project in a Food and Nutrition class.
We're supposed to prepare a dish for the class.
Years ago, i remember making a salsa from a Haitian recipe, and it was very good, but the recipe is nowhere to be found now. I was wondering if anyone had that sort of recipe so I can share it with my class.
I already found a recipe called Ti-Malice Sauce, but I think that it is not the one I'm looking for. If anyone knowing the recipe can reply as soon as possible that would be very helpful.
