Nos parents par manque de temps parfois n'ont pas le temps de tout nous apprendre. Il y a beaucoup de femme Haïtienne qui ne savent pas cuisiné. Thursday Mar 02, 2006Does anyone have a different recipe for Poisson Gros Sel. I was told to put a king fish in a large pan with a lot of salt, water and a little venegar, and to let it marinate for three days. I need a few more details like how much salt, how much vinegar?? Has anyone heard of this recipe? thanks
