LOL at Da Queen for correction

Here is the recipe Cremas
2 (12 oz) cans of evaporated milk
4 (12 oz) cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut (NOT to be confused with coconut milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 anise star
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 lime (zest and juice)
1/5 80 proof rum (You read that right.

A fifth.

The whole bottle)
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and pour into tall glasses filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg to fancy it up.

Then add that lime juice like you were told.

you have never drink the real cremace until you drink the one from Cap haitian, This posted recipe is too busy for cremace.

making cremace is fairly simple, what you need for cremace is condensed milk, evaporated milk, granulated sugar(white sugar)vanilla extrac and 95% proof spirit.

you never never use rum to make cremace.

My husband Henri L. Makes the best cremace on earth!!

the secret is adding lemone juice it's what thickens and brings the whole mixture together...

my mom says add a tablespoon but it depends on how much you're making, so i would suggest adding a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired thickness and consitency...

i'm making some now as we speak :)

The secret is to let it rest, the more you let it rest the thicker it is and better it tastes...

but the more alcool you put the more liquid it becomes, and also the sweetened condensed milk is thicker than regular milk(if you want your krémas to be thick you have to make it in advance).
