Monday May 05, 2008I just want to say that I did try this recipe over the weekend and it was delicious. It was nice and tende, Just the way I love it. I also made the picklis, banan peze, and diri au saus pwa... :-) Delicious. I am from south Florida where I can get hatian food anytime, but I now live in jacksonville and there is nowhere to get hatian cuisine. I just want to thank you for poting this recipe. You made it possible for me to have a griot complete!
